At Clear Currents USA, we strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Order Processing and Shipping Times:

  • Once your order is placed, your credit card will be pre-authorized, and you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 business days.
  • Standard delivery times are estimated at 7-14 business days, depending on your location.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us at support@clearcurrentsua.com.

Free Shipping:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
  • Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at support@clearcurrentsua.com prior to placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.

Shipping Delays:

  • In the event of a delay, we will notify you with an updated timeline. If you do not hear from us within the stated timeframe, please contact us at support@clearcurrentsua.com.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, you may cancel your order by contacting us directly.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as applicable.
